We offer a convenient self-check-in process. On your arrival day, the key will be left in the cabin door, allowing you to access your accommodation anytime after 3 pm. No need to inform us of delays or changes to your schedule; simply arrive at your leisure.
On departure day, please ensure you leave the accommodation before 11 am. You can extend check-out to 2 pm for an additional £25. We kindly request that you strip the beds and place the linen and towels in the provided laundry bag to help keep our housekeeping staff safe. To ensure proper ventilation, please leave windows and doors open before your departure. We kindly ask that you leave the kitchen, toilets, and showers clean and tidy upon departure. Our staff will handle the emptying of bins and recycling on designated days. We encourage guests to make use of our recycling facilities for food waste, plastic, cardboard, paper, and glass to minimize landfill waste.

We recommend bringing warm clothing, beach towels, and suitable outdoor footwear to ensure your comfort during your woodland adventure. A torch will be useful if you plan to arrive after dark.
Our campsite offers a double gas stove, a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Cool boxes are also provided to store perishable food items.
Campfires are allowed, and fire pits are provided for your safety. Please contain fires to the designated fire pits to avoid damaging the grass. It is essential to attend to the fire at all times and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended. Please dispose of ash in the provided bins.
Our cabins come with comfortable bedding, including bed linen and towels. Each cabin has hot water bottles and thick wool blankets to ensure a cosy stay. The studio space has a wood-burner, providing warmth and comfort during your visit.
We also provide a selection of teas, coffee, milk, sugar, and a complimentary bottle of organic red wine as a warm welcome.If you prefer a non-dairy alternative to milk, please let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your request to avoid any wastage.
Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at our campsite.There is space available for up to 2 pets, with an additional charge of £15 per pet per stay. We provide water bowls, biscuits, a bed, blankets, and towels for your furry companions. Please ensure they are kept under control, and any mess is promptly cleaned up. Please also be mindful of the livestock in the adjacent fields.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. All cabins and bell tents have a strict no-smoking policy. Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
We value the peace and tranquility of our location and request that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am. Amplified music and loud revelling that disturbs local residents are not permitted. Guests causing disturbances may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
As a digital detox campsite, we intentionally do not provide WiFi or TV facilities.
Cwtch Woodland Camp offers a range of entertainment options, including a wood-fired sauna for relaxation, a yoga studio for mindful exercises, and bike hire for outdoor exploration. You’ll also find a selection of books, board games, and playing cards in the cabins for your enjoyment.

Convenient grocery options: The Co-Op in Neyland High Street is within a 40-50 minute walk and provides a convenient option for groceries and supplies. Additionally, Johnston offers a selection of independent shops accessible within a 30-40 minute cycle.
The Farm House Bakery: Indulge in freshly baked breads, cakes, pastries, and sandwiches at The Farm House Bakery. It’s a great choice for a delightful treat during your stay.
Pubs and restaurants: In the vicinity, you’ll find various establishments to satisfy your cravings. Check out The Bar at Neyland Marina, The Swan Inn in Little Haven, and The Georges in Haverfordwest for a taste of local cuisine and a cozy dining experience.
If your plans change, we understand, and we will try to offer alternative dates that work for both parties. If alternative dates are not possible, we retain a 25% deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. We recommend considering holiday cancellation insurance to cover any potential losses. In the unlikely event that our accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fire or flood, we cannot be held liable, but a full refund will be provided.
Bookings are not accepted from individuals under the age of 18 without parental approval.

To comply with sustainable practices, we receive certification from the Greener Camping Club. £10 of your booking fee goes towards your Greener Camping Club membership, which provides you with annual membership and access to other Greener Camping Club Glamping and Camping sites across the country. The Greener Camping Club aims to reduce waste, maintain a low impact, and support ethical suppliers. Profits from the club contribute to tree planting initiatives.
